TERMS & CONDITIONS
Once plan is purchased a member of our team will contact you to discuss further to understand your exact ideas.
We aim to complete these website builds within 2 weeks of purchase but may take longer sometimes depending on your needs.
Once site is finalised, you have the option to make small changes to the website each month, this is costed at hours and with these plans you have (1 hour per month).
Domain will be renewed on an annual basis registered to DIGITEX UK, when plan ends domain will be released for re-purchase.
These plans are for 12 months (1 year) from the moment you purchase the plan.
Your plan will auto renew on a month to month basis following the 12 month period and can be cancelled with 30 days notice.
If you fail to make your monthly payment, services could be terminated and a bill for the plan lifecycle may be payable. (subject to circumstances)
Cancellation - We are confident our services are world class, but if you want to cancel your plan we provide a 30 day guarantee to all our website builds with a full refund.
